We combine experienced underwriting, responsive service and long-term capacity to deliver swift decisions and meaningful lead and follow support across a diverse range of occupancies and territories. Our focus is on building sustainable, long-term relationships with brokers, insureds and capacity providers.​

Supported by long-term capacity from The Fidelis Partnership Syndicates 3123/2126, Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty SE, Agile Syndicate 2427 and Carbon Syndicate Consortium 4996/4994, Seraphina can deploy up to USD 42 million on a lead or follow basis and has the flexibility to participate across a broad range of international property placements.​

As an underwriter-led business, we believe in the foundational principles of the London market: sound underwriting, swift decision making and strong relationships. We are focused on portfolio quality and underwriting discipline, creating solutions that work for both brokers and insureds over the long term.​

Kelly Sanders

Founder & CUO

Kelly founded Seraphina Specialty Limited in 2024 and has more than 20 years’ experience across international property underwriting, delegated authority business and portfolio management. Throughout her career she has managed Direct & Facultative portfolios, binder facilities and collateralised insurance portfolios, combining technical underwriting expertise with a disciplined approach to portfolio construction and capital deployment.​

Edward Clark

Senior Underwriter

Edward specialises in International Property Direct & Facultative underwriting and is responsible for portfolio development across Seraphina’s international property portfolio. He brings extensive experience underwriting complex property risks across a broad range of territories, occupancies and client segments.​

Natasha Farrow

Underwriting Assistant

Natasha supports the underwriting and operational management of Seraphina’s international property portfolio. She plays a key role in broker servicing, portfolio administration and ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the business.​

Caitlin Loten

Team Assistant

Caitlin supports Seraphina’s underwriting and operational functions, with responsibilities spanning administration, broker servicing and portfolio support. Having completed her ACII qualification, she continues her professional development through further CII studies.​
